This is a 45 minute session to assess your list of medications, identify any medication-related issues, and design a plan to resolve them with you, your caregiver, or provider

This includes a 45 minute pre-testing session to complete a comprehensive medication review, a 60 minute follow -up session after the pharmacogenomic results are released, a written report with medication recommendations for your provider, and a 20 minute follow-up session in 3 to 6 months.
